Let’s talk about the role!

The Account Manager develops long term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Account Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within a specific portfolio for all customer service needs.
  • Manage our products and services to prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
  • Work closely with sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
  • Prospect new accounts via cold calling and convention attendance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills for Success:

  • Strategic prospecting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and active listening skills.
  • Effectively deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
  • Able to negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in area of specialty
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager or Sales Representative
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Resilient with a proven track record in sales
  • Familiarity with the body jewelry and piercing industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
